DK leveling guide for Cataclysm
In this guide I will go over a few different builds with an emphasis on a strategy for leveling quick while soloing and questing (also can be used for dungeons).
This build requires you to be in 2H frost and have grip and butchery talents with oracle trinkets to supercharge your RP.

If you aren't exalted with the oracles or don't want to be, this build is still terrific, it will just be a little slower. You'll just grip and open with HB, Obliterate, Obliterate, FS, FS hopefully dead at that point. If it's an elite or you can't kill it faster than the above, throw a plague strike in after HB.

If you are boosting a DK, don't fret, you'll struggle a bit at first but Cata green quest gear is very high ilvl, and within a few quests you'll be on par with a 10M ICC Heroic (ish) geared DK.

In general, blood is going to be your best spec leveling from 55-80 because of it's decent damage but very high survivability. Don't let the fact that blood is primarily a tank spec fool you, it's the best leveling spec (unless you have all epic gear, which you probably won't coming out of Archerus)
