Ingredients :
(for cake mold 17 cm)

BISCUIT:
3 large egg whites
a pinch of salt
120 g sugar
(60 g for egg whites, 60 g for egg yolks)
3 large egg yolks
80 g finely grated carrot
20 g polenta
90 g all pourpose flour
50 g almond flour
7 g baking powder
a pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of brandy
RASPBERI CREAM:
180 g frozen raspberries
80 g sugar
30 g corn starch
WHIPPING CREAM:
550 g whipping cream
50 g powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of cram cheese
CKE DECORATION:
some chopped almonds
chocolate eggs

For mold 26 cm double all the ingredients.
