JAFFA TRAKTOR - recept 📝
Ganache:
500 ml vrhnja
500 g čokolade
125 g maslaca ili margarina
- zagrijati vrhnje do vrenja, otopiti u njemu čokoladu, sve sjediniti i dodati maslac. Ovo možete napraviti i večer ranije da uštedite na vremenu.
Čokoladna jaffa kora:
6 jaja
200 g šećera
150-200 ml vruće vode
50 g tamnog kakaa
2 male žl instant kave
80 ml ulja
Naribana korica 1 naranče
300 g brašna
1 prašak za pecivo
Prstohvat soli
- pjenasto izraditi jaja i šećer dok ne postanu jako svijetli i pjenasti. Dodati ulje. Od vriće vode, kakaa i kave napraviti emulziju i dodati i nju u smjesu jaja i šećera, ulje i koricu, zatim prosijati sve suhe sastojke.
Peći u prethodno zagijanoj pećnici na 180* - 15 min. Na pek papiru u limu dimenzija cca 25x35 cm. Provjeriti čačkalicom. Ohladjen biskivt prerezati na dvije kore. Ostatak ovoga biskvita upotrijebimo i za “zemlju” oko traktora.
Orah biskvit:
6 jaja
200 g šećera
1 vanilin šećer
100 ml ulja
100 ml vruće vode
100 g mljevenih oraha
Naribana korica 1 limuna i 1 naranče
150 g brašna
1 prašak za pecivo
50 g gustina
Prstohvat soli
- postupak je isti kao i za prvu koru, miksajte pjenasto jaja i šećer, dodajte ulje, vodu, koricu a zatim prosijte suhe sastojke. Pecite u istom limu, na istoj temperaturi, isto vrijeme. Ohladite i prerežite na dvije kore.
Šlag:
300 ml vrhnja za šlag
2 šlag kreme od vanilije
- rezala sam otprilike zadani oblik od kora, i redala čokoladnu koru, ganache i šlag, i tako redom. Dio od kabine sam učinila višim pomoću ostatka kora i još 2 reda jaffa keksa (cijeli detaljan postupak i video recept imate na @youtube @just.katebake )
Prije dekoracije fondanom napravila sam buttercream od :
250 g margarina za kreme sa okusom slatkog vrhnja
250 g šećera u prahu
250 g bijele i crne čokolade (kombinirano)
Torta je fina i stabilna, a istovremeno sočna i bogatog jaffa okusa.
Za gume sam koristila kekse i mini kuglof. Iako je dobra ideja i da rižine pahuljice povežete sa otopljenom čokoladom, oblikujete u željenu formu i veličinu i ta smjesa je dovoljno čvrsta a opet lagana da “glumi” kotač.

JAFFA TRACTOR - recipe 📝
Ganache:
500 ml of cream
500 g of chocolate
125 g of butter or margarine
- heat the cream until it boils, melt the chocolate in it, combine everything and add the butter. You can do this the night before to save time.
Chocolate Jaffa sponge:
6 eggs 200 g of sugar
150-200 ml of hot water
50 g of dark cocoa
2 small spoons of instant coffee
80 ml of oil
Grated zest of 1 orange
300 g of flour
1 baking powder
A pinch of salt
- whip the eggs and sugar until they become very light and foamy. Add oil. Make an emulsion from boiling water, cocoa and coffee and add it to the mixture of eggs and sugar, oil and zest, then sift all the dry ingredients.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180* - 15 min. On parchment paper in a sheet measuring approx. 25x35 cm. Check with a toothpick. Cut the cooled biscuit into two crusts. Let's use the rest of this biscuit for the "earth" around the tractor.
Walnut biscuit:
6 eggs
200 g of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
100 ml of oil
100 ml of hot water
100 g of ground walnuts
Grated zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange
150 g of flour
1 baking powder
50 g corn starch
A pinch of salt
- the procedure is the same as for the first crust, mix egg foam and sugar, add oil, water, crust and then sift the dry ingredients. Bake in the same tin, at the same temperature, for the same time. Cool and cut into two crusts.
Whip cream:
300 ml of whipping cream
2 chocolate instant creams
- I cut approximately the given shape from the crust, and arranged the chocolate crust, ganache and whipped cream, and so on. ) Before decorating with fondant, I made buttercream from:
250 g margarine for creams with the taste of sweet cream
250 g of powdered sugar
250 g of white and dark chocolate (combined)
The cake is fine and stable, and at the same time juicy and with a rich jaffa flavor. I used biscuits and mini kuglof for the tires. Although it is a good idea to combine the rice flakes with the melted chocolate, shape it into the desired shape and size, and this mixture is firm and yet light enough to "play" a wheel.
