CHINA'S Best Kept Secret - Mingshi Countryside

There is a magical place in China's Guangxi Autonomous region called Mingshi Countryside. Guilin is a massive tourist attraction but it fails in comparison to the raw beauty of this area about 25km away from the Vietnam border with China. The locals call it the magical place between the mountains and the rivers and it is just that. The unique Karst mountains are portrayed in Chinese painting that go back centuries and those painting are based on the mountains of Mingshi Countryside.
