HH Radhanath Swami Maharaj visits Sri Radha Govind ji at Iskcon Kolkata temple after 3 & half years

This is the oldest ISKCON temple in India, established even before Sri Sri Radha Madhav temple at Mayapur. Srila Prabhupada personally did Pran pratistha of the first ever ISKCON India deities Sri Sri Radha Govind dev and Mahaprabhu in 1971, while ISKCON Mayapur was established at 1972.

His Holiness Radhanath Swami Maharaj came to ISKCON Kolkata temple after 3 and half years, last time he visited here was in Feb/March 2020.

Sri Sri Jagannath Baladev Subhadra Maharani and Sudarshan came one year later in 1972,and since then their Rathyatra is celebrated every year. This year we had 52nd anniversary of Sri Sri Radha Govind dev and Mahaprabhu as well as 52nd anniversary of ISKCON rathyatra.
Since Maharaj's last visit, we went through two Rathyatras in Lockdown 2020 and 2021. Maharaj were updated about the latest developments here and in ISKCON Newtown and ISKCON Dumdum as well as at Srila Prabhupada Birthplace and Ultadanga Bhakti vinod Asan. Infact within these 3.5 years only we could develop and possess, Srila Prabhupada Birthplace as well as #1,Ultadanga Junction road.
