दिल्ली शराब नीति मामले में गिरफ्तार अरविंद केजरीवाल की जमानत अर्जी पर दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट थोड़ी देर में फैसला सुनाने वाली है। ईडी ने केजरीवाल की जमानत अर्जी का विरोध किया था। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने बुधवार को दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट से आग्रह किया कि ईडी की हिरासत से उन्हें तत्काल रिहा करने का आदेश दिया जाए। केजरीवाल ने दलील दी कि चुनाव के समय उनकी गिरफ्तारी संविधान के मूल ढांचे के विरुद्ध है।
