Hello everyone welcome back to my channel 🥰. Hope you are all doing well. Today I'm showing how i cook my perfect jollorice without adding fresh tomatoes. This recipe is very delicious 😋 and easy to prepare.

Ingredients needed are down below 👇👇

For the chicken

Chicken thighs
1 tbsp curry, thyme, 2 bay leaves, white pepper, 1 seasoning cube ,1 chopped onion, scotch bonnet pepper and salt to taste


For the jollorice

Roasted paprika and onions, coconut oil, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp curry, thyme, 2 seasoning cubes , 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 big chopped onion, rice
