HOW EASILY CAN YOU CATCH EVERY POKEMON? (The Living Dex Subathon)

Although I've completed a ton of catching challenges in the Pokemon series, I've always had the idea of catching every single Pokemon in one video. I decided to do a streaming subathon, where I had to either catch every Pokemon, or fail because the sub timer went down to zero. Can I catch them all in time?
