As Jonathan Gullis is announced as the new Tory Deputy Chairman, Iain Dale and his Cross Question panel discuss what this means for the Conservative Party.

Gullis, who represents Stoke-on-Trent North, says he's "honoured" to be asked by Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, and is "ready to take the fight" to Labour.

The announcement comes amid another senior government minister resigning, which has forced Sunak into a reshuffle.
