How to get GTIN Exemption on seller app? English

If your product does not have barcode number then you can apply for the GTIN exemption request.

- On the homepage of the seller app click on ‘Products to sell’ option
- Here click on the checkbox of ‘I have product without Product ID (GTIN/barcode)’
- Click on ‘Apply for UPC Exemption’
- You will be redirected to the request approval page which will prompt to select the relevant product category and Brand for which you want an exemption
- Click on “check for Eligibility”
click on “continue to submit proof”
provide product name and images which cover all sides of the product and package.
- Once you are done uploading the documents click on “Submit Request”
