Nowadays the government job is desired by many youths in this country. But most of them give up after they fail once or twice in competitive exams. Bala Latha helped many young people to achieve their dreams by giving coaching for competitive exams especially in UPSC exams. There are also toppers like Ronanki Gopala Krishna who had been trained under her for IAS and IPS exams. She also cracked several government exams despite her disability. She is 90 percent disabled but she can crack government exams and today she is helping many people to clear government exams. She shared her story through the Josh Talks Telugu platform. She tells her life story of how being disabled caused her to lag in education since childhood. At a point in life, she decided to prove herself to the world. She determined to use knowledge as a weapon to make her impact on this world. She prepared for UPSC and other civil exams without any preparation. She cracked civils exams twice and secured 167 the rank. She also secured 399th rank in 2009 and joined defense but she knew the troubles faced by today's rural and poor youth who have aspirations for government officer jobs. Many people are preparing for UPSC, SSC, ibps, APPSC and TSPSC. But they lack proper guidance and resources. She took it up as her responsibility and started to train them. She trains especially poor students. She has given 5 tips to crack any government exam.
She tells that the first point is to have a clear and definite understanding of the syllabus. It isn't enough to succeed in competitive exams or government exams of you don't have a proper idea of the syllabus and don't prepare for vast resources. The second tips are to go through previous question papers, no matter you are preparing for UPSC, APPSC, topic, IBPS, defense exams you have to go through all the previous papers of the exams.
The third tip to keep in mind while preparing for a government job or government exams is to revise constantly. Revision is not just limited to glancing at books. You have to think and inculcate the syllabus in your thoughts in your daily life. The fourth tip she gives is about time management and the fifth tip is not to believe in luck.
