Sebuah kilang memproses cat musnah dalam kebakaran di Taman Perindustrian Meru, Klang, Selangor dekat sini pagi tadi. Rakaman sekitar jam 6:50 pagi sehingga pukul 7:50 pagi.

Paint factories in Taman Perindustrian Meru, Kapar (Selangor, Malaysia) were destroyed in a fire early this morning.

The Fire and Rescue Department received a distress call at 6.34am on Sunday (April 28) and fire engines, water tankers, emergency rescue medical services vehicles and a hazmat unit, among others, as well as 39 personnel from several fire stations, rushed to the location of the factory at the Meru Industrial Park.

A total of 39 officers and personnel, along with equipment from various fire stations including Kapar, Bukit Jelutong, Andalas, Port Klang, Shah Alam, and Rawang, were dispatched to the scene.

Upon arrival, firefighters found the fire already raging, with a significant portion of the factories engulfed in flames.

The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are still under investigation.

It is also understood that chemicals from the factories have leaked into the drainage system, and the fire has also spread to a nearby school, Sekolah Kebangsaan Meru.
