Our walk starts from the "Palats Sporta" metro station.
We will see the central Kiev stadium, where major international events and football matches take place in peacetime.
Opposite the stadium, construction is underway on the grandiose Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, which we will see along the way.
Further along we will walk along Bolshaya Vasylkivska Street to the Catholic Cathedral of St. Nicholas.
The cathedral was built by the great Ukrainian architect Vladislav Gorodetskiy in 1909 in the neo-Gothic style.
