Making A Bright Monster Backpack!

Hello, boys and girls! Welcome to the place where monsters are created! Guys, today we're going to sew a lot! So, get ready for sharp needles and long threads.

So, in this video you will see how we make a monster backpack! Like in any sewing craft, we should start by making templates. Then we need to cut out this template according to the lines. Our backpack will be made of colorful faux fur, but that's not enough! We need to deal with the straps and the handle. Guys, don't forget that your backpack will have two shoulder straps. So, you gotta take all the measurements properly to make them symmetrical. To make the straps adjustable, we will use special garment accessory. Then the sewing machine comes into play, because we are going to sew all the details. Guys, be careful with scissors, a needle or a sewing machine and ask adults for help!

Since our backpack is not quite ordinary, its decor will be unusual too! We'll need foam spheres cut in half. These are gonna be the eyes for our Monster. And our next step is pretty simple - we'll draw black pupils and add tiny highlights with white paint. Our little monster will have three funny eyes, cute colorful horns Sammy made out of socks and sharp but at the same time soft teeth to scare away all the enemies!

Everyone will envy such a backpack! And you guys can use any colors you want and amaze your friends with your imagination!
