Douglas Ross attacks Humza Yousaf's Hate Crime Act at

Humza Yousaf continued to back his hate crime law during a testy First Minister's Questions, as Douglas Ross slammed the SNP leader for refusing to back down over the legislation which will become law in Scotland on Monday.

The Scottish Tories leader pointed out that numerous senior police officers have aired grave concerns about it being "weaponised."

The First Minister responded by pointing out that non-crime incidents have been recorded for years, including domestic abuse incidents which don't pass the criminal threshold but confirmed that Police Scotland would be reviewing its policy.
