Winston (Gary Lim) catches Oya’s family by surprise when he claims ownership of the land where the boarding house is erected. Armed with proper documents, Gary pressures Julie’s family into producing a hefty amount of money to avoid eviction. Wanting to help her family, Mikee (Alex Gonzaga) uses her charm in hopes of changing the lot owner’s mind. Bent on easing the financial problems of the Matahimiks, Edwin (Bayani Agbayani), Ferdie (Vhong Navarro), and Pip (Luis Manzano) put their health on the line. Soon, Oya (Rio Locsin) receives help from the person she least expected.
