Samsung's Galaxy Watch is the most advanced fitness and health tracker on the market right now. My favorite option is the blood pressure monitor, which works very well. In this video, I tested the watch against a medical grade blood pressure monitor in a hospital, and the results are excellent.

Apple has a lot of catching up to do. Samsung already offers Body Composition Analysis as well as ECG.
