A re-telling of the events of Albrecht's first encounter with the Void, his efforts in defeating the Indifference, his journey to 1999, and his gambit with the Kalymos sequence. Further, a brief summary of The Whispers in the Walls quest, and the events shortly after with the Cavia syndicate, as well as some short speculation about 1999 itself.
