Oztent RS-1 Swag / RS-1S King Single Cot. Gear Review #1.

The Oztent RS-1 Swag retails for $500 and the RS-1S King Single Cot for $150. I got them both during the Black Friday deal for $585. I had been looking at these for months and finally decided to do it. Pretty big sticker shock but now that it's over i'm very happy about it. Yes the bags are HUGE but since I only car camp that's really no concern of mine. I love how it looks and functions and like I said, I've never slept better outside. I think in time and without forgetting to pack things and not having to move stuff around to make sure it's in frame when filming I could have this up and down in under 4mins. You could also skip the sway bars, skip the awning, barely attach the tent to cot and probably be closer to 2mins. If I was moving a lot I'd probably skip the bags even because these things by themselves are still smaller than my old setup. All in all I'm very happy, excited to get this thing perched on some cliffs in the near future!
