Its far from a perfect video but it gets the point across. Mind you I have led lights in my shop which is the most brutal light to work under as it shows everything and makes life easier or harder depending how you look at it. If it looks good in the shop it'll look great out in the natural light of the sun. Hash marks are simply friction marks on the metal from the buff or compound leaving its mark on metal. It is possible to polish without leaving them but it is a lengthy process. Technique and product does play a big factor in getting it rather nice. Time and money is a big factor in the results you give someone. Perfection takes a long time and requires more products. I hope that you all find this video helpful and that you are able to learn. I'm not saying my way is the only way or that I am right. I'm simply saying that this is the best way I found to achieve great results in the shortest amount of time.
