Why BJJ White Belts Need to be Smashed

Why do I smash my White Belt BJJ students? I got this question recently in response to 1 of my videos where I talked about smashing people from time to time. I read the question in the video and then answer it with my perspective as to why I smash my less experienced students and why it's very helpful to them long term.

I compare the experience with my new experiences of horse riding which share a lot of similarities to my days as a BJJ White Belt.
