1🔵How to make Whipping Cream from Milk?

1.Boil 2 L of FULL FAT Milk(you can decide the quantity )
2.Once it is boiled, low the flame and simmer for 5 minute. Then Flame off.
3. Stir and allow to cool in room temperature
4.Refigerate for more than 8 hours (Don't freeze.
5.When taking it from fridge, there is a thick creamy layer has formed onthe top of Milk.
6.Rig the cream and transfer into a bowl through a strainer.(it is the Whipping cream)
7.The left over milk is known as skimed/tuned milk, It can be use for tea, juice, pudding etc.



2🔵.How to Whip the cream to make Whipped cream
1.Place the cream in a bowl contains Ice cubes or ice water.
2.Start to beat at first speed(very low speed)
3.If you are beatint with electric beater it will be stiffed within 4 minutes.
4.You can add vanilla flavor and powdered sugar at this time. Dont over beat this cream.
5.If you feeling more stiffness, add 1-4 tbsn of normal milk and beat.
6.Don't over beat and dont beat at high speed.


3.🔵How to make Butter?
1.Over beating this cream will leads to seperate butter from this.
2.Whash the butter in icewater for 3-4 times.
3.Shape the butter.
4.when making Butter we gets the butter milk also.



4🔴Precautions
1.Milk should be Full fat milk
2.Dont use tuned milk
3.Dont over beat, and don't beat at high speed.
4.If you haven't much quantity of milk, collect cream from everyday.
