Singapore's Ang Chen Xiang and Thailand's Natthaphon Dansungneon finished the Men's 110m Hurdle neck-to-neck. Eventually, it was decided that he had finished in a national record time of 13.831s alongside the Thai and they both shared the medal. The last Singaporean winner of this title was Osman Merican at the 1967 Bangkok SEA Games.
