[4.0] Dottore was in Fontaine - A Genshin Impact Theory

Spoiler warning - Please complete Acts 1 and 2 of Chapter 4 as well as the Narzissenkruez Institute World Quest before watching.

Dottore's a confusing little dude. He started out as some comical Joker-esque villain in the Genshin Manga and mysteriously transformed into a dapper daddy with a choker in game. I think some information we learned in Fontaine can not only explain this transformation, but could tell us a little bit more about what to expect in later acts of Chapter 4.
