This leitmotif shows up when Hiccup finds Toothless in the forest after he is wounded, in the piece "The Downed Dragon." It appears several times in the film, when Toothless is being perceived as the mysterious Night Fury that the Vikings fear more than how Hiccup sees him. I put together as many examples as possible of this theme.
