Knife making - Hunting knives

Hand made fixed blades! I am starting to get the hang of free hand grinding and made 5 knives at once! This was a really fun project and made me realize that making fixed blades can be (almost) as fun as making pocket knives, hehe! I enjoyed getting more into leather working as well! Heat treating
The blade
1. Preheated at 1472F / 800c for 15m
2. Held at 1940F / 1060c for 20m
3. Plate quenched about 2m
4. Put in regular freezer for 60m
5. Tempered at 437F / 225C 2x2 H. Air cooled in between
