这个泰式青柠蒸苏东!每次去到泰国餐厅,我都会点来吃的一道菜肴,酸酸辣辣,非常开胃!今天又添饭了!

材料 :
600克 sotong(清洗处理干净,切小段)
***大火蒸煮Sotong 8分钟( 不要蒸太久,肉会变老)

酱汁:
6-7瓣 大蒜(剁碎)
半粒 番茄(切碎)
6-8条 青红辣椒 (剁碎)
2颗 芫茜(切碎)
3粒 酸柑(4汤匙汁)
3茶匙 白糖
少许盐
3汤匙 鱼露
2汤匙开水

***大火蒸煮Sotong 8分钟( 不要蒸太久,肉会变老)

Thai Steamed Squid/Sotong Ala Thai - Every time I go to a Thai restaurant, I will order a dish that is sour and spicy, very appetizing!

Ingredients:
600g Squid/Sotong (cleaned, cut into small pieces)
***Steam Squid/Sotong over high heat for 8 minutes (don't steam too long, the meat will get old)

Sauce:
6-7 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tomato (chopped)
6-8 green red chillies (chopped)
2 coriander (chopped)
3 limes (4 tbsp juice)
3 teaspoons sugar
a pinch of salt
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 tablespoons boiling water
