I used to hate meatloaf when I was growing up. It was always dry, bland and made me want to throw up. Now, I've come up with my way of doing it on the old country brazos smoker. Not only is this meatloaf smoked over 3 hours to perfection, but it's wrapped in a beautiful bacon weave that melts into the meat! Watch this video and this will end up being the only way you make meatloaf from this day on!
