I have Declared War on the Sea (Cities: Skylines)

In this video I drain rivers, an entire bay, pump water away using submerged dams, generate tsunami's and defend against tsunami's and I build dams out in the sea to drain land on the seabed, disconnected from the shore entirely. I have attempted to explain how I everything what I do functions, drop me a note if you have questions, or if I should record other video's detailing my techniques better.

None of the actions I perform require mods whatsoever, though I did use mods to avoid needing to build a city or purchase tiles manually. Additionally, upkeep on these 'delta works' is minimal.

I relied on several Steam Workshop mods, such as Flight Cimulator, First Person Camera, and the 81 tiles mods.

I apologize for the video being as long, this is the first time I did video-editing, so I'm quite satisfied with how it turned out, even if it isn't the most stellar editing :D
