Part I focuses on the importance of Keratometry, the concept of Keratometry Index, the conversion of radius of curvature to dioptric power of cornea, etc. It also explains why a patient corneal reading may vary between two or more different Keratometers, and how different keratometry machines measure different rings of cornea.
