最近村里的蚕豆基本都成熟啦，今天我和奶奶去地里摘一些蚕豆和茴香回家做蚕豆粑粑，新鲜的蚕豆有一种独特的香甜，搭配茴香的清香，再加一些家里腌制火腿丁。把这些材料混在一起做成丸子再用油煎熟。美味的蚕豆火腿肉丸子就做好了！这道菜是妈妈以前最拿手的美味之一，今天就由阿霞做给大家吃，姐姐和阿太都夸赞味道好极了！
The broad beans in our village are almost all ripe now. Today, my grandma and I went to pick some broad beans and fennel from the field to make broad bean cakes at home. Fresh broad beans have a unique sweet flavor, which pairs beautifully with the fragrance of fennel, and some diced ham cured at home. We mixed these ingredients to form meatballs and then fried them until cooked. The delicious broad bean and ham meatballs were ready! This dish was one of my mom's specialties, and today, A-Xia made it for everyone to enjoy. Both my sister and Aunt Tai praised how wonderful it tasted!
