2021 Summer Strength, Tabatas, & HIIT by Courtney M
ONE set of dumbbells

Tabata pair: 20:10 4x
1. bunny hop burpee
2. lateral fast feet

Strength 8-2 evens
Combo:
staggered pushup, bent row, snatch / per side

HIIT Pyramid 6min
1. broad jump burpee SA clean & press, 180 and other direction/side
2. rev lunges and clean

Strength superset 8reps 3x
1. pushup, jump knees in, double arm clean & press
2. box squat to L & R front lunges

Tabata pair: 20:10 4x
1. star burpee
2. chair lunges

HIIT pyramid 6min
1. alt SA high pull to snatch
2. SL deadlift, SA row. Switch legs and do on opp side (single db).

Strength 5x5 complex
1. power clean
2. push press
3. thruster
4. row
In between each round :30 plyo
1. mountain climbers
2. pop lunges
3. squat jump
4. switch lunge
5. groiners

Tabata pair: 20:10 4x
1. 2 skater SL burpee
2. curtsy lunge hop, squat jump in the middle

HIIT pyramid 6min
1. burpee step up
2. 2 plank hops power clean hang clean
