Drinking plenty of water is something I recommend to help nearly every menopause symptom! So, this week I thought I’d go back to basics and explain why you can become more prone to dehydration during perimenopause and menopause, signs that you’re not drinking enough water and offer some simple tips to help increase your water intake.
