The founder and CEO of a startup which aims to educate young minds differently, Sneha, presents a deeply personal talk titled “Education and Confidence”. She illustrates how a family's trust in education can shape the lives of everyone in the family. She recounts her scholastically dedicated career that took her into the world’s premier educational institutes. This not only made her confident but also whittled out irreplicable opportunities for her. Confidence is a tool that equips any individual to face the world and education is one of the central pillars of living a confident life.
Sneha Biswas is the founder and CEO of Early Steps Academy, a global education venture to make school children confident in the real world. She completed her graduation from IIT Kharagpur and later went to the Harvard Business School for her MBA and graduated with distinction. Sneha has held senior leadership positions in multiple elite global organizations and has won the CEO’s award for excellent leadership and execution in the maiden waters of East Africa. Her aim is to revolutionize what and how students learn by making education relevant and engaging.
