The USSR was quite famous for being great at building metro systems. The Moscow metro, for example, is regarded as one of the best in the world. Well, the truth is that Soviet planning wasn't always perfect. In today's video we're going to look at one of the more embarrassing examples of Soviet city planning - the Chelyabinsk metro.
