Goalkeeper Training for 5-7 year olds

Goalkeeper training designed for 5-7 year olds working on the foundations of the three stages of handling Scoop, Cup and the ‘W’ catch whilst also incorporating low and high dives.

The goalkeeper in the video is 5 years old and is at a very high standard for his age that is why I’m also asking him to look at other little areas during the video.

At this age please coach to your keepers level so if they are extremely new and need working on each individual area separately please be patient and work through them. Please don’t over complicate things for them by giving them tasks like I ask the keeper in the video to do.
