How we did it:
On attack, we used 3 shields to soak damage and knock over enemies (which damages them as well), making them softer and disoriented. We also had a healer who could revive any of us if we went down, or could be used to regain some HP. They were typically on flank duty as they weren't suited for roam clearing.

On defense, we used frost to down enemies. They'd be crippled and be 1 shot making them easy to kill. We had a cav to down enemies, and a doc who may (or may not) revive the enemy (giving him the credit for kill). We used clash to slow down attackers and make them more squishy. Finally, we used rook/melusi as a flex depending on if we needed more slowdown or HP.

The goal was to drag on the game as long as possible (max OT), avoid anyone leaving, getting kicked on the other team, or TKing.
