苦子果，它的叶子长得像茄子所以又叫山茄子，在7月到11月的河边和田埂山坡上随处可见，苦子果有淡淡的苦味，但对于云南人来说，却是一道怎么吃都不腻的独特风味！用来做苦子炖牛蹄、苦子烩番茄，或者苦子撒都是不错的选择～

The leaf of Kuzi are similar to that of eggplant, so it's also called the wild eggplant. Kuzi is very common along the river bank and on the hillside. It has a slightly bitter taste, but to us in Yunnan, it's a unique flavor that we will never get tired of. Stewed cow's trotter with Kuzi, Braised tomato with Kuzi or Kuzi Sapie are all very delicious.
