Stukov's Frightful Fleshwelder reduces the cost of Stukov's mechanical units, as well as improving the fire rate of his siege tanks, at the cost of removing the infested colonist compound. To maximize this, I went full mech with mostly siege tanks and a few diamondbacks to pull down air units.
