Don't Answer THIS Question in a Job Interview!

📋💭 How to answer a question that is ILLEGAL to ask in many states: "So, how much did you make at your last job?" or "What is your salary in your current role?" This question has been legally banned in many states because it can lead to a cycle of pay discrimination. And even if you are in a state where this question is legal, you do not have to answer. No company is entitled to know your current or past salary.
