Guidelines on flexible work arrangements set to launch later this year

Singapore's upcoming tripartite guidelines on flexible work arrangements will cover different policies to better meet the changing needs of employees. These include staggered working hours and flexible workloads. During a company visit to AsiaOne, Minister of State for Manpower Gan Siow Huang said these can help supplement telecommuting.
