The Wealthiest Neighborhood In North Carolina

Wow these people are loaded!

For this drive, I visited the wealthiest neighborhood in the state of North Carolina. Just south of Asheville, and adjacent to the Biltmore Village is a small community known as Biltmore Forest. The day was Thursday, October 15, 2020 at around 11 am.

Per capita, the residents here earn the most money per year, at about $114,000 per person. Meaning if both parents work, they’re pulling in close to a quarter million each year in salaries.

There are 1,400 people in this little haven, and as you’ll see, it’s actually hard to see many of the homes, because they’re so tucked back behind all the trees. You may or may not be impressed by the homes here, but these are the wealthiest people in the entire state.

The average home price here is $1.1 million. There aren’t any guards or gate houses here, but as we’ll soon see, I got into a little trouble while driving through this community.
