Chief Justice of India Justice D Y Chandrachud spoke exclusively to PTI on the recent developments in the judiciary, including the judgement on Ram Mandir, criticism of Article 370 and same-sex marriage judgements and a variety of issues related to the Supreme Court and the functioning of the courts in India.

Justice Chandrachud for the first time responded to why the Babri Masjid Ram Mandir dispute judgement did not carry the name of the author of the judgement.

Speaking on same sex marriage judgement, Justice Chandrachud said as a judge he disassociates himself after the judgement.
