After Killing Sonny Forelli Tommy went back to his businesses and continued living his life, but nobody knows what he was doing, how his life was, how he cut relationship with Ken Rosenberg who was sent to Rehab because of his coke addiction.

Tommy also faced some big problems after, he had to fight with Haitians who tried to take over his businesses in Vice City, he had to defend his mansion from VCPD & SWAT.

This is the PART 1 of showing Tommy's life straight after main story. PART 2 will be more focused of Tommy's later life, some years later after main story.

This is just my idea what happened , how he lived.
