This pizza base recipe is tried and tested which we use for party and event catering. The recipe is for 40 pizza bases. I am also sharing recipe for 10 pizza bases( 9 inch diameter) below, especially for those who want to make it in less quantity

Recipe for 10 pizza bases ( 9 inch diameter)
Ingredients-
Bakery Flour- 500 gm ( you can use regular Maida in if bakery flour s not available)
Dry Yeast- 10 gm
Sugar- 8 gm
Salt- 10 gm
Olive oil- 15 ml
Water- 275 gm/ml
