Jorge Masvidal, who holds the record for the fastest knockout in UFC history with his five-second demolition of Ben Askren, revealed how he was able to deliver the devastating flying knee that did the damage. Masvidal spent extensive time honing his skills for this technique. However, he clarified that in practice, he would pull back the power to protect his sparring partners. Masvidal noted that the knee hit Askren right on the chin, a spot that guarantees maximum impact.
