Crazy police officer sees a group of young gangster thugs hip hop dancing and breaking on the street. The cop, however, is unimpressed. He asks prank victims to hold his hat and clip board so he can have a dance off and upstage them! He starts break dancing and moon walking, and it's all fun and games until he moonwalks himself right into a ditch.
