Stride is a parkour game, you run, jump, slide, and do other things to keep moving. I bought it and honestly think stride is a really good game. The movement in stride feels really good and if you want to use stride to exercise it is similar to a jog. Its a good game and its fun.

EDIT - There is supposed to be a story mode called stride fates released last December 15, however I did not see it.
