A Thing of Beauty: BYU Vocal Point’s McKay Crockett Shares about the Magic of Harmonic Overtones

BYU Vocal Point director McKay Crockett has the recipe for magic: get a group of singers together, add a room with great acoustics, and you’ll start hearing notes that aren’t being sung. These are harmonic overtones, and they are often the element of music that brings chills.
