NO SCREEN TIME CHALLENGE!! 3 DAY VLOG

So I decided to try the No Screen Time Challenge with K3 and when I tell you, this was the longest day ever 🤣. Screens have literally taken over everyone’s lives and I was interested to see how our day to day would look without them.

Main Observations Day 1:
Our youngest had the hardest time
adjusting. After a while
they all turned to their imaginative play
and settled down. Noticed that
more conversations were had
between everyone,
which was a main goal.

Main Observations Day 2:
No one asked for tv or video games. Everyone was in a pleasant mood for the most part. Zero meltdowns the entire day. More silliness and playing independently

Main Observations Day 3:
Meltdowns were minimal. Temperaments were overall pleasant. Creativeness and Imaginative play were at an all time high. More conversations between everyone
